Answering Objections

1st & 3rd Block -- Went over Chapter 14.2. Completed chapter 14 Fact and Idea Review using the responders. Gave out study guide for Chapter 13--Test on chapter 13 will be tomorrow using the responders. Watched and discussed Chevy's new commercials and tag line/theme.

3RD BLOCK -- Pick a product. List 5 objections that a customer may have about the product and answer each objective.
