1st and 3rd Block -- math warm-up and article summary on Wal-Mart small stores. Continued going over Chapter 38.2 Went over Resume tips and Started Interview tips. Assignment: Gave out sample resume. Write a rough draft of your resume. Final copy will be typed next year.

2-Hr Late Day #3

1st and 3rd Block -- 2-Hr Late Schedule. Math and article summary. Started going over chapter 38.2 PowerPoint. Talked about references and job applications. 3RD Block also completed change verification worksheet page 9

1st & 3rd Block -- math warm up and article summary. Went over chapter 37.1 PowerPoint. Discussed pros and cons on on-line classes/schools. Completed "Making-Change Transactions" worksheet page 31.

2-Hr Late Schedule

1st Block -- Completed math warm-up and article summary. Introduced chapter 37.1 from PowerPoint. Princeton left for tree-lighting ceremony and PikeView and Montcalm arrived.

3rd Block -- Completed math warm-up and article summary. Began chapter 37.1 PowerPoint.

Friday, December 3

1st & 3rd Block -- Counted change in pairs. Completed invoice verification problems #35 - #38. Work Experience Journal due today.

Counting Change

1st & 3rd Block -- Today is the last day of the 3rd grading period. I will carry today's assignment grades over into the 4th grading period. Turned in warm-up and article review for a participation grade. Assignment #1) Quiz on locating and understanding information on an Invoice. Went over counting change using the count forward method. Assignment #2) Worked with an assigned partner counting change using the Count Forward Standards. Completed a Peer Review sheet on counting partner.

Test on Sales Checks

1st & 3rd Block -- Test on Sales Checks. Finished Cost of Shipping worksheet. Went over Preparing Cash Drawers. Completed 4 change fund verification problems.
